Les Lakers de Los Angeles ont récemment recruté JJ Redick comme nouvel entraîneur-chef cet été. <\/span><\/h2>

Ils avaient précédemment décidé de se séparer de Darvin Ham<\/a> après que l’équipe n’a pas réussi à capitaliser sur sa progression vers la finale de la Conférence de l’Ouest en 2023. JJ Redick a été chargé de rendre les Lakers compétitifs tout en introduisant un nouveau système axé sur le développement des joueurs.<\/span><\/p>

D’après Dan Woike<\/a> du Los Angeles Times, l’influence de JJ Redick se fait déjà sentir parmi certains joueurs des Lakers, alors que l’équipe commence à se préparer pour le camp d’entraînement. Le rapport de Woike se base sur les nouveaux régimes d’entraînement que Redick a introduits pour les joueurs qui sont déjà de retour à Los Angeles et s’entraînent avec l’équipe.<\/span><\/p>

« Ces séances marquent le début officiel de la relation entre JJ Redick, son staff, et les joueurs, et cette première impression pourrait donner des indices sur la méthode du nouvel entraîneur », a rapporté Woike. « Les entraînements ont mis davantage l’accent sur des situations de jeu en direct – un contre un et trois contre trois – comparé aux étés précédents, où l’accent était plus sur le travail individuel non compétitif. »<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

JJ Redick se prépare pour sa première saison en tant qu’entraîneur-chef. Malgré son manque d’expérience en tant qu’entraîneur à un niveau professionnel, il a été placé à la tête d’une des équipes les plus emblématiques au monde. En d’autres termes, il a été plongé directement dans une situation sous haute pression et devra rapidement s’adapter pour réussir.<\/span><\/p>

Les Lakers avaient besoin d’une nouvelle voix dans le vestiaire, et JJ Redick est respecté par ses joueurs en raison de son passé dans la ligue. Il apporte également une approche moderne et a réuni un staff d’entraîneurs expérimentés pour l’épauler dans cette nouvelle aventure. Si JJ Redick met l’accent sur le développement des joueurs et un style de jeu plus dynamique, il pourrait s’avérer être un choix judicieux pour l’avenir des Lakers.<\/span><\/p>
