Kobe Bryant, la légende des Lakers établit  un record avec la vente aux enchères de son vestiaire à un prix de 2,9 millions de dollars.<\/h2>

Un record qui renforce encore un peu plus la légende de Kobe.<\/h3>

Vendredi dernier, la place dans le vestiaire du Black Mamba a été récupéré pour un montant qui fait de cette vente, le casier le plus onéreux jamais enregistré dans l’histoire des ventes aux enchères pour ce type de produit tous sports confondus.<\/p>

Le casier qui a suivi Kobe Bryant<\/a> entre la saison 2003-2004 et son ultime saison achevé en 2015-2016 au Staples Center est également le 3ème objet le plus cher lié à la légende NBA. Cette vente-record est suivi par deux maillots de la star portée lors de sa saison rookie et l’autre lors de sa saison MVP en 2007-2008 accompagné d’une photo pour un prix de 3,69 millions $ et 5,6 millions $ respectivement.<\/p>

Un money time puissance 4 pour un lieu remplit d’histoire.<\/h3>

Alors que l’enchère était estimée  à un prix de départ de 750 000 $, tout s’est accéléré les 20 dernières minutes avec 4 enchérisseurs qui ont poussé la vente proche des 3 millions $.<\/p>

Derrière cette vente historique, un homme de l’ombre qui mérite la lumière.<\/h3>

Lors des rénovations du Staples Center en 2018, c’est un ouvrier anonyme qui a sauvé de la démolition le casier de la légende de LA et qui a  fini par la suite à  le vendre à un collectionneur privé. Ce dernier en a profité pour récupérer également la plaque portant le nom de la star. C’est bien ce dernier qui touchera le pactole ressorti de l’enchère.<\/p>

Brahm Wachter<\/a>, la responsable des objets de collection modernes de Sotheby a déclaré ceci à propos de cette enchère à jamais inscrit dans l’histoire du basket et du sport en général :<\/p>

« Le casier de Kobe Bryant n’est pas qu’un souvenir. Mais bien d’une relique profonde de l’un des acteurs les plus emblématiques de l’histoire du basket. Le prix atteint aujourd’hui confirme non seulement l’héritage de Kobe mais aussi la nature exceptionnelle que porte ce produit unique »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Sotheby a tenu à préciser qu’une partie de la vente sera directement reversé à la Los Angeles Lakers Youth Foundation sans dévoiler pour autant le montant exact.<\/p>
