Le tight end des 49ers, George Kittle, a traversé une intersaison difficile en raison de plusieurs blessures. <\/span><\/h2>

Georges Kittle a subi une intervention chirurgicale pour une blessure aux aducteurs et a également souffert d’une blessure à l’articulation de son épaule pendant le Super Bowl. Incapable de soulever des poids, Kittle<\/a> a perdu 30 livres(13,6 kilos), son poids tombant à 214 livres (97k), bien en dessous de son poids de jeu habituel.<\/span><\/p>

George Kittle a expliqué qu’il ne pouvait pas effectuer ses entraînements hors saison habituels, ce qui a entraîné une perte significative de muscle. Cependant, il a récupéré sa forme physique une fois qu’il a été complètement autorisé à reprendre l’entraînement.<\/span><\/p>

\nMalgré ces défis, George Kittle est maintenant de retour à son poids idéal pour l’ouverture du camp.<\/span><\/p>

« Je joue habituellement toute la saison autour de 242 à 245 livres (~110 kilos) et la semaine dernière, j’ai atteint 243 livres. J’étais excité à ce sujet, le poids est de retour », a-t-il déclaré.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>
