JO<\/a> – Alors que la préparation se poursuit pour Team USA, on apprend que Kevin Durant ne jouera pas ce soir dans le match opposant les Américains à la nation australienne.<\/h2>

C’est un nouveau coup dur pour le joueur des Suns, qui n’a toujours pas foulé les parquets avec l’équipe américaine, dans cette phase de préparation avant les Jeux Olympiques de Paris 2024.<\/p>

L’équipe américaine, présent à Abu Dhabi pour cette période pré-JO, avait déjà du faire sans Kevin Durant, dans la victoire contre le Canada (86\/72<\/em>) il y a quelques jours. Absent du dernier entrainement, le joueur qui connait une gêne persistante au mollet, ne pourra donc toujours pas participer au match avec ces coéquipiers.<\/p>

Si aucune amélioration tangible n’est visible dans les jours à venir (le premier match des américains aux JO se déroulera le 28 Juillet contre la Serbie<\/em>), le staff va certainement devoir se pencher sur un potentiel forfait du MVP NBA 2014, alors que Kawhi Leonard a déjà du dire adieu au tournoi olympique, remplacé par le champion NBA 2024 Derrick White, en provenance des Boston Celtics.
