À la suite de la blessure au dos de Tyler Glasnow, Hunter Greene a été nommé All-Star pour la National League.<\/h2>

Il sera le troisième représentant des Reds de Cincinnati dans le Texas pour ce All-Star Game, accompagnant Elly De La Cruz et David Bell qui intègre le staff qui dirigera l’équipe de la National League.<\/p>

Hunter Greene<\/strong><\/a> réalise sa meilleure saison actuellement avec un bilan de 5-4 et une ERA de 3.45. Au cours de ses 104,1 manches lancées, il n’a accordé que 76 coups sûrs, n’a concédé que 43 buts sur balles et a retiré 116 frappeurs, tout en affichant un WHIP de 1,14.<\/p>

« J’espère avoir beaucoup plus d’occasions comme aujourd’hui et pouvoir profiter de moments comme celui-ci », a déclaré Greene<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Il s’agit de la première sélection au All-Star Game pour Greene, lui qui avait été sélectionné en 2è position lors du repêchage MLB de 2017.<\/p>
