Les Carolina Panthers ont annoncé un plan de rénovation pour leur stade, le Bank of America Stadium.<\/h2>

Sportivement parlant, les Panthers<\/a> sont en pleine reconstructions avec Bryce Young comme élément central. En dehors du côté sportif, les infrastructures qu’occupe le staff et les joueurs des Panthers sont probablement les pires selon Adam Thielen, receveur vétéran de l’équipe de Charlotte.<\/p>

« Je pense qu’ils sont un peu en retard en ce qui concerne les installations », a déclaré Thielen<\/a>. « Nous avons probablement les pires installations de la NFL en ce moment, et je ne pense pas qu’il y ait quelqu’un pour le contester. Mais au bout du compte, cela n’a pas d’importance. Il faut jouer au football et gagner des matchs. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

L’annonce de la rénovation du stade des Panthers est vu comme un début vers la modernisation des infrastructures selon Thielen.<\/p>

« C’est donc agréable d’entendre cela, l’engagement envers nous en tant que joueurs et l’équipe d’entraîneurs, “Hey, vous faites des efforts, et nous allons nous engager et vous fournir de meilleures installations et vraiment vous donner les ressources nécessaires pour aller là-bas et gagner”. C’est donc passionnant. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Lors des dernières évaluations des infrastructures par la NFLPA, les Panthers ont reçu un C+ pour le vestiaire, un C+ pour leur salle d’entraînement ainsi qu’un B pour leur salle de musculation.<\/p>

La franchise carolinienne a prévu de commencer la construction d’un tout nouveau bâtiment après le camp d’entraînement de cet été. Le seul problème est que l’équipe a été obligée de démonter ses installations intérieurs, de sorte à ce que la franchise ne dispose plus d’installations intérieures.<\/p>

« Je pense qu’ils avaient des projets à Rock Hill pour construire cette installation, et quand cela est tombé à l’eau, ils ont dû revoir leur plan de jeu et trouver une solution », a déclaré Thielen<\/a>. « C’est pourquoi je suis ravi d’apprendre qu’ils vont investir dans les joueurs, l’organisation et le personnel.
