L’équipe du Thunder regorge de talent cette saison faisant de cette jeune équipe un prétendant au titre en fin de saison.<\/h2>

Parmi eux se trouvent Lu Dort. Sa contribution au succès du Thunder cette saison est indéniable surtout depuis qu’il a entrepris lors de la dernière inter-saison un vrai travail d’introspection sur son shoot.<\/p>

Avec des pourcentages de tir au plus haut de sa carrière aussi bien à deux points (50,5 %) qu’à trois points (40,4 %), Dort s’est transformé en un tireur d’élite, patient, choisissant avec attention ses shoots et moins comme un shooter à tout va.<\/p>

« Il est très déterminé à faire un pas en avant en termes d’efficacité et à faire ce qu’il faut en attaque pour aider l’équipe à réussir. Il est arrivé à Oklahoma City cet été avec cet état d’esprit et il conduisait cette voiture. Ce n’est pas nous qui lui avons fait un discours de vente ».<\/p><\/blockquote>

Cette métamorphose concerne moins un rejet de son passé qu’une adoption d’un futur où chaque tir est une décision calculée plutôt qu’une simple chance. Le changement est emblématique de la compréhension plus large de Dort de son rôle au sein de l’équipe—où l’efficacité n’est pas juste une mesure personnelle mais un objectif collectif.<\/p>

La transformation de Luguentz Dort<\/strong><\/a> est un effort collaboratif, emblématique de la culture encouragée par le staff d’entraîneurs du Thunder, dirigé par Mark Daigneault.<\/p>

« Il a fait un excellent travail de réflexion sur une carrière positive jusqu’à ce point », a déclaré Daigneault<\/a>. « Il a été un très bon joueur. Mais en réfléchissant à ce qu’il peut améliorer, puis en le mettant en œuvre et en s’y tenant, il a largement contribué à ce que nous soyons aussi bons que nous le sommes sur le plan offensif. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

L’approche de l’équipe en matière d’efficacité n’est pas une formule rigide appliquée uniformément mais une stratégie sur mesure qui reconnaît les contributions uniques de chaque joueur. Chacun d’entre eux sait quelle place il occupe et quel doit être sa contribution.<\/p>

Et ce n’est pas le fruit du hasard si le Thunder se trouve dans la position où ils sont à ce moment de la saison.<\/p>
