Alors que LeBron James dispose d’une player option pour la saison prochaine, le joueur des Lakers<\/a> veut clarifier son avenir.<\/h2>

Selon Brian Windhorst<\/a>, spécialiste NBA, LeBron James souhaiterait un contrat de plus de 100 millions de dollars avec les Lakers sur plusieurs années :<\/p>

« Je pense que LeBron va signer un contrat pluriannuel à neuf chiffres avec les Lakers pendant l’intersaison. Ce sera encore plus important que son contrat actuel. Maintenant, qu’il soit capable ou non de conclure ce contrat, que les Lakers veuillent ou non lui donner un contrat de trois ans et le payer 60 millions de dollars alors qu’il a 42 ans, c’est une autre discussion. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Il faut savoir que LeBron James avait déjà signé une extension de contrat avec les Lakers en 2022 : il est actuellement payé 47,6 millions de dollars et dispose d’une player option à 51,4 millions de dollars pour la saison prochaine. Il semblerait donc que Lebron James veuille négocier une augmentation de salaire et confirmer son envie de terminer sa carrière chez les Los Angeles Lakers<\/a>.<\/p>

Mais malgré le monstre qu’est LeBron James, il tourne à presque 25 points de moyenne cette saison alors qu’il a 39 ans, on peut se demander si les Lakers sont prêt à mettre plus de 100 millions de dollars sur un joueur qui aura 42 ans d’ici 3 ans.<\/p>

L’avenir de LeBron James s’écrira-t-il aux Lakers ? On connaît tous le souhait de LeBron de jouer avec son fils Bronny James qui pourrait se présenter à cette draft ou bien à celle de 2025.
