Une fois de plus, Klay Thompson<\/a> a commencé le match contre Denver en étant sur le banc, un nouveau rôle qui semble lui convenir si l’on croit les statistiques et les conférences de presse :<\/h4>

Klay Thompson dans la défaite face à Denver, c’est 23 points, 2 rebonds et 1 passe décisive en 31 minutes à 7 sur 15 au  shoot dont 5 sur 13 à 3 points dont 21 points en 9 minutes. Malgré la défaite, Klay Thompson à l’air de plus en plus à l’aise avec son nouveau rôle en sorti de banc, lui qui a longtemps été un titulaire indiscutable et un membre important de la dynastie des Warriors<\/a>.<\/p>

« Je n’ai jamais considéré le fait de sortir du banc comme une rétrogradation étant donné que je joue toujours 25 à 30 minutes par soir »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Malgré une saison compliqué avec ses pires statistiques à 3 points de sa carrière (37.2% de réussite au shoot), Klay Thompson semble trouver une nouvelle voie en sorti de banc malgré un mauvais match face aux Lakers (seulement 3 points), il avait déjà été énorme lors de son premier match sur le banc face au Jazz juste avant le All-Star Break. La raison, une baisse de stress et une meilleure détente du joueur qui a subi beaucoup de critiques depuis qu’il est revenu sur les parquets en 2022 suite à ses blessures<\/p>

« Il s’agit de comprendre que peu importe s’il s’agit d’un rôle de titulaire, d’un rôle sur le banc, peu importe, il est toujours Klay Thompson et il peut venir et faire exactement ce qu’il a fait ce soir », a déclaré Curry dimanche.<\/a>
\n« Le plus important, c’est qu’il ne doit pas se laisser absorber par les histoires. […] C’est à ce moment-là qu’il est le plus performant. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Son rôle en sorti de banc semble se confirmer et Klay à tout l’air de l’accepter malgré les difficultés que cela représente pour le joueur.<\/p>
