NHL – Jared Bednar l’a annoncé ce mercredi 24 janvier peu après 16h sur Altitude TV avant l’entraînement du jour, Artturi Lehkonen et Bowen Byram seront à nouveau dans l’alignement après leurs blessures subit quelques semaines plus tôt.<\/h2>

Une grosse blessure pour Lehkonen.<\/strong><\/p>

En effet, le numéro 62 de l’Avalanche a été victime d’un violent contact tête la première de la part du joueur des Seattle Kraken, Jamie Oleksiak le 10 novembre 2023.<\/p>

Il avait dû être transporté à l’hôpital en prévention et l’équipe avait annoncé qu’il était conscient et qu’il pouvait bouger ses membres. Le lendemain, en conférence de presse, le coach avait déclaré ceci lorsqu’on lui a demandé comment allait le Finlandais : « Il ne va pas bien […] nous sommes encore en train d’investiguer, mais il va manquer plusieurs semaines de jeu. Je ne peux pas vous donner de date de retour pour l’instant. »<\/em><\/p>

Lehkonen n’a donc joué que 12 matchs pour l’instant cette saison et inscrit 8 petits points.<\/p>

Lorsqu’un journaliste a demandé au coach si on pouvait le remplacer, Bednar a répondu à la négative. Son compatriote finlandais, Mikko Rantanen<\/strong><\/a> avait déclaré ceci :<\/p>

« Il peut tout faire. Il est bon en avantage numérique. Il est bon en désavantage numérique. C’est un joueur tellement polyvalent, en qui on peut avoir confiance et qui ne fait jamais d’erreurs. C’est une très grosse perte […] nous allons devoir trouver un moyen d’aller chercher des victoires sans lui, ce qui ne sera pas facile. »<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

La première de Byram cette saison.<\/strong><\/h3>

Bowen Byram était sur la liste des blessés depuis le 7 janvier après une blessure dans le match contre les Stars de Dallas le 5 janvier 2024.<\/p>

Byram comptait 12 points en 39 matchs avant cette blessure au bas du corps. Jared Bednar avait déclaré ceci après son ajout à la liste des blessés :<\/p>

« <\/em>Il va rater quelques matchs […] Il est blessé au bas du corps. Ce n’est rien de sérieux pour le moment, donc il va rater sept matchs et 10 à 14 jours, quelque chose comme ça. Nous avons inscrit son nom sur la liste des blessés aujourd’hui, donc il va rater au moins sept matchs. » <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>

 <\/em>Jason Polin, qui a inscrit son premier but dans la NHL récemment, avait été relégué chez les Colorado Eagles, en AHL, ce qui annonçait un probable retour de Lehkonen.<\/p>

En espérant que ces deux retours fassent du bien à l’équipe qui est en pleine bataille contre les Jets de Winnipeg pour la première place de la division centrale.<\/p>
