Les playoffs NFL offrent des audiences en hausse cette saison du côté des diffuseurs américains.<\/h2>

Cette saison, avant même les débuts de ces playoffs NFL, les audiences des différents matchs étaient en hausse de l’autre côté de l’Atlantique. Lors de l’année 2023, 93 des 100 programmes les plus regardés étaient des matchs de football américain, montrant ainsi la place qu’à ce sport dans la culture américaine.<\/p>

La semaine dernière, le week-end de Wild Card avait généré des records d’audience<\/a>. Cette semaine encore, les audiences télévisées sont en hausse<\/a>, notamment du côté d’ESPN. La marque américaine s’est chargée de diffuser le match opposant les Ravens aux Texans, samedi soir, première journée du Divisional Round des playoffs NFL.<\/p>

Les chiffres sont assez élevés, voire même record du côté d’ESPN, qui a engendré un total de 31.8 millions de spectateurs en moyenne durant le match. Ces chiffres sont en parti grâce au fait qu’ESPN a également diffusé le match sur la chaîne ABC. Ces deux diffuseurs appartiennent au groupe Disney, expliquant ainsi la raison pour laquelle le match a eu le droit à une double diffusion sur deux chaînes de la même compagnie.<\/p>

Les chiffres ne sont pas aussi importants que le même match, un an auparavant, opposant les Jaguars aux Chiefs. Ce match avait généré 32.3 millions de téléspectateurs, soit environ 500 000 de plus que cette année.<\/p>

Du côté de Fox, les audiences ont également été très bonnes sur le match opposant les Packers aux 49ers. Ce match en horaire de prime time a engendré une moyenne de 37.5 millions de téléspectateurs. Ce match est désormais le programme le plus vu un samedi soir depuis les Jeux Olympiques d’hiver de 1994, soit depuis une trentaine d’années.<\/p>
