NFL – Absent le week end dernier, CJ Stroud est toujours en protocole commotion cette semaine et pourrait ne pas jouer le week end prochain.<\/h2>

Dimanche, les Texans jouent un match très important face aux Browns de Cleveland et pourraient être à nouveau sans leur quarterback rookie, C.J Stroud<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>

Touché par une commotion lors de la déroute de la Week 14 face aux jets 30 à 6, Stroud ne devrait encore pas s’entraîner, toujours pris dans le protocole de commotion cérébrale. En son absence, c’est Case Keenum qui prend les rênes de l’équipe.<\/p>

Le Week end dernier, Keenum a remporté une victoire sur le fil face aux Titans 19 à 16 en complétant 23 de ses 36 passes pour 229 yards, un touchdown et une interception.<\/p>

En complément à l’absence de Stroud, les Texans ont signé dans leur équipe d’entraînement Tim Boyle comme le rapporte ESPN.<\/a> L’ancien quarterback des Jets a disputé 2 rencontres pour deux défaites et 360 yards.<\/p>

Un match clé pour les playoffs<\/h3>

Pour les Texans, ce match revêt une importance capitale dans l’optique d’une qualification en playoffs. Dans leur division, les Jaguars, Colts et Texans sont tous les trois avec le même bilan de 8-6. Une victoire les maintiendrait dans la course pour un titre de division que peu aurait cru possible en début de saison.<\/p>

De plus, pour une place en Wild card potentielle, les Texans ont aussi le même bilan que les Bengals, actuellement 6è de l’AFC.<\/p>
