NFL – La décision semblait inévitable après la débâcle de la nuit dernière : Brandon Staley n’est plus l’entraîneur des Chargers.<\/h2>

L »équipe s’est donc séparée de l’entraîneur principal Brandon Staley et du directeur général Tom Telesco. Cette décision intervient après une défaite humiliante de 63-21 contre les Raiders. Elle signale une intention claire de la direction des Chargers de diriger l’équipe dans une nouvelle direction, soulignant la nécessité d’une vision et d’un leadership renouvelés.<\/p>

« Je tiens à remercier Tom et Brandon pour leur travail acharné, leur dévouement et leur professionnalisme, et je leur souhaite, ainsi qu’à leurs familles, le meilleur », a déclaré Dean Spanos, le propriétaire des Chargers, dans un communiqué<\/a>. « Ces décisions ne sont jamais faciles à prendre, et je ne les prends pas à la légère, surtout si l’on considère le nombre de personnes qu’elles affectent. Cependant, il est clair que nous ne sommes pas là où nous l’espérions et que nous avons besoin d’une nouvelle vision. Avec une saison 2023 à oublier, les Chargers et leur nouvelle équipe de direction auront la lourde tâche de construire une équipe autour de Justin Herbert<\/strong><\/a>, qui s’est ré-engagé avec la franchise sur le long terme ce printemps. Mais la tâche ne sera pas aisée pour la franchise qui ne compte qu’une marge de manoeuvre réduite lors de la prochaine inter-saison.<\/p>
