Le receveur des Bengals, Ja’Marr Chase, montre des signes inquiétants sur une blessure au dos.<\/h2>

Ja’Marr Chase est tombé lourdement sur le dos lors du Sunday Night Football face aux Bills. Le receveur des Bengals<\/a> s’est ensuite fait provisoirement soigné par ses entraîneurs sur le banc de touche avant de revenir sur le terrain et de faire une réception décisive. Cependant, celui-ci affirme que la douleur a fait de plus en plus mal durant le match puis après, lors du jour de repos.<\/p>

« Je suis en vie », a déclaré Chase<\/a>. « C’est ce qu’il y a de mieux en ce moment. . . . C’est assez douloureux de se déplacer. »<\/p><\/blockquote>

Ja’Marr Chase va effectuer plusieurs tests médicaux pour déterminer sa disponibilité en entraînements et surtout dimanche, lors du match face aux Texans. Zac Taylor, head coach des Bengals, déclare que la disponibilité de son receveur se traitera au jour le jour.<\/p>

Chase sort d’un match compliqué face aux Bills en subissant notamment une double couverture ce qui a laissé des espaces à ses coéquipiers, Tee Higgins et Tyler Boyd. Il a attrapé quatre ballons pour seulement 41 yards.<\/p>

« Tout ce que je peux faire, c’est prier, être un bon coéquipier, être là pour ces gars-là et essayer d’être en bonne santé », a déclaré Chase. « C’est la seule chose que je puisse faire en ce moment. Tout le monde compte sur moi pour être en bonne santé.<\/p><\/blockquote>

En effet, la présence ou non de Ja’Marr Chase dimanche sera très important pour Cincinnati au niveau du jeu offensif. Certes, les Bengals ont une bonne profondeur de receveurs, mais l’absence du numéro un pourrait compromettre en partie le jeu à la passe des Bengals.<\/p>

Le match face aux Texans est encore un match important du côté des Bengals, eux qui, malgré un bilan de 5-3, accrochent la dernière place de la division relevée de l’AFC North.<\/p>

En attendant, Ja’Marr Chase doit se reposer et tenter de revenir en pleine forme au Paycor Stadium pour dimanche à 19h face aux Houston Texans du prometteur CJ Stroud.<\/p>
