Avant le début de saison, Evan Fournier avait comparé sa situation à une prise d’otage de la part de l’équipe. En pré-saison, il avait vu le terrain et avait été plutôt à l’aise pour quelqu’un qui n’avait plus foulé un parquet NBA depuis 6 mois.<\/p>
Qu’Evan Fournier ne soit pas dans le 5 majeur des Knicks, c’est une chose mais sa mise à l’écart complet est presque un non-sens. Son apport en sortie de banc aurait pu être interessant pour les Knicks dans une saison où les Knicks espèrent faire mieux que l’an passé.<\/p>
Quentin Grimes ne donne plus pas forcément satisfaction en ce début de saisons avec de grosses difficultés au shoot. Pourtant, Il continue à glaner sa vingtaine de minute par match et à shooter à 38.5%. Une nouvelle preuve de l’entêtement de Thibodeau concernant Fournier.<\/p>
Il est grand temps que Fournier quitte la grosse pomme pour retrouver une organisation où il aura sa chance en sortie de banc. Les Knicks vont peut-être commencer également à s’activer dans le semaines à venir pour éventuellement se renforcer.<\/p>
