Known for his exceptional work with the Lions, who currently boast a 12-1 record, Johnson isn’t rushing to exit one of the NFL<\/a>‘s most thriving organizations.<\/p>

Unlike many coaches eager to climb the ranks, Johnson is approaching the hiring cycle with caution. He’s only interested in interviewing for positions he’s genuinely drawn to, emphasizing that he’s not looking for “just a job.”<\/p>

“He has two criteria: organizational alignment and recognition from a team of its mistakes with a willingness to fix them, He will sell teams on his vision, to see whether they’re willing to go all in on it.<\/em>” : Sports Illustrated’s<\/em> Albert Breer wrote.<\/p>
