With the rise of Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, the tennis world has started questioning whether the next era of elite ATP stars has arrived. Over the French Open and Wimbledon 2025, fans were treated to two of the most high quality Grand Slam<\/a> summit clash encounters in the recent past. Naturally, the comparisons to the ‘Big-3’ – Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic – have already started. Now Patrick Mouratoglou, the former coach of 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams, has made a bold statement.<\/p>

55-year-old Mouratoglou has worked with some of the best players in the past. Currently associated with four-time major champion Naomi Osaka, the Frenchman’s most recent stint was with Danish prodigy Holger Rune. As a result, Mouratoglou would have spent plenty of time analysing the likes of fellow young guns – Alcaraz and Sinner. The Top-2 players in the world have captured the last seven Slams, and don’t seem to be slowing down in their pursuit for more.<\/p>
