Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala has offered a heartfelt response after suffering a serious injury during Bayern Munich’s Club World Cup quarter-final defeat to Paris Saint-Germain. The 22-year-old midfielder fractured his fibula following a collision with PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.<\/p>

The horrific injury has forced him out of action for four to five months. Musiala underwent surgery soon after the incident. He has shared an emotional video message on Instagram five days after he sustained the injury. In the video post, Musiala calmly said:<\/p>

“The surgery went really well. I’m in good care. And I wanted to say that there’s no one to blame for this. I think situations like this happen.”<\/em><\/strong> It’s clear that even though his teammate Manuel Neuer blamed Donnarumma, Musiala has refused to assign blame for the incident.<\/p>
