A multi-star at North Pike High School, where he excelled as a quarterback playing football and averaged an astounding 25.4 points and 8.7 rebounds playing basketball. Martin chose Florida Atlantic to begin his college journey and after a quiet freshman year, he blossomed in his sophomore season, earning All Conference third-team honors with his scoring and rebounding ability. His junior season saw him lead the Owls to their first-ever Final Four appearance, fully displaying his athleticism and defensive tenacity. <\/p><p>Transferring to Florida in April of 2024, Martin quickly became the Gators&rsquo; starting shooting guard, delivering standout performances with his scoring, infectious energy, and versatility as an all-around player.
