He&rsquo;s is a product of the NBA Global Academy in Canberra, who reclassified to join the Duke Blue Devils in 2022, earning ACC All-Freshman honors with 9.4 points and 3.3 assists per game. <\/p><p>By his junior year in 2024-25, he averaged 12.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.2 assists, shooting an impressive 40.5% from the three-point land, a testament to his growth as a sharpshooter. Drawing inspiration from NBA greats, Steve Nash and Chris Paul, Proctor&rsquo;s high basketball IQ and creative playmaking shine in pick &amp; roll situations, even though his scoring assertiveness and physicality may need to improve, going into the NBA.
