Randy Orton has already qualified for the finals of the King of the Ring by defeating Sami Zayn in the semifinals. He faced LA Knight, Carmelo Hayes, and Aleister Black in a Fatal Four-Way and pinned Carmelo Hayes to reach the semifinal.<\/p><p>Cody Rhodes defeated Andrade, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Damian Priest in a fatal four-way to qualify for the King of the Ring tournament. Jey Uso, on the other hand, faced three monsters of WWE, Sheamus, Rusev, and Bronson Reed, and emerged victorious. These two friends had to face each other tonight on Monday Night Raw to decide who would face Randy Orton in the finals.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cody Rhodes Will Face His Mentor, Randy Orton, At Night of Champions<\/h2><p>Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, the two most respected superstars of WWE, fought in a brutal and most giving match tonight. The match that made the crowd chant this is awesome after every move and counter. Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes know each other so well that they can counter and mimic each other&rsquo;s moves without any fault. It felt like they were pulling their punches during the initial part of the match.<\/p><p>Cody Rhodes held Jey Uso in a Figure 8, but Jey got hold of the bottom rope to break it. He then held Jey in a Kimura lock, but the latter somehow escaped. Jey put Cody Rhodes into the Sleeper Hold, the move that made Gunther tap out at WrestleMania, but it wasn&rsquo;t enough to get American Nightmare to dream. Jey Uso then delivered a spear to Cody Rhodes, but the latter kicked out. Jey intensified his attack and countered a Cross Rhodes attempt from Cody Rhodes with his own Cross Rhodes. He then followed it up with two Superkicks and a Spear. He went for a Uso Splash but received a third massive Cutter from the third Rope. He followed it up with a Cross Rhodes to win the match.<\/p><p>Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso showed great sportsmanship as they raised each other&rsquo;s hands and hugged each other after the match.
