Indiana Fever head coach Stephanie White had a blunt response when asked about the team’s fatigue levels. White’s team is gearing up for a crucial Game 3 in the 2025 WNBA<\/a> Playoffs. The Fever, who were once the least favorites to advance ahead, will host their rivals Las Vegas Aces on Friday, September 26 for a crucial Game 3. Currently tied 1-1, the Fever would aim to extend their winning streak and make the most of their home-court advantage to wrap up the series by Game 4. <\/p>

Ahead of the game, White addressed the media, where she was asked about how the team is dealing with fatigue at this point. However, the 2023 WNBA Coach of the Year had a blunt response to it. She said that they don’t have time to be tired. “You ain’t got time to be tired at this point,”<\/em> White stated. <\/p>

Notably, the Fever dealt with numerous season-ending injuries to their star players, including Caitlin Clark. <\/a>In the absence of most notable names, other players including Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell stepped up. They shouldered additional responsibility and guided the side to their first semifinals appearance in over a decade. <\/p>

While White didn’t deny the fact that the players are tired and have been carrying heavier workloads for some time now. But, she has made it clear that it isn’t something they must worry about at this point of time. They are just six wins away from clinching a WNBA Championship, and they must not let anything get to their minds. <\/p>

Stephanie White Reveals Player Who Was Most Affected by Series of Fever’s Injuries <\/h2>

In a recent episode of ‘In Case You Missed It’ podcast, White revealed the name of the player who was most affected by the changes that multiple season-ending injuries brought in for the Indiana Fever. According to her, the 2023 first-overall pick Aliyah Boston is the one who was most affected by it. However, she also heaped praise on her and gave credit for the victories. <\/p>

“Aliyah Boston has been a rock for us. She’s just steady. She’s probably been the one player who is most affected by all the changes that we’ve had,” <\/em>White said. “I mean, most of our change has been primary ball handlers. And so the way that she gets the ball, the way that she gets touches, the spacing on the floor that is created with those players who are now on the sideline.”<\/em><\/p>
