With a 19-point win at home, Liberty extended their winning streak to nine matches and set a franchise record. On the other hand, Chicago Sky dropped their sixth game of the season despite having an impressive second half. <\/p><p>Sabrina Ionescu led all the scorers with 23 points and seven assists. Breanna Stewart added 18 points, seven rebounds and five assists. For Sky, Angel Reese dropped a season-high 17 points and 11 rebounds. New York outscored Chicago 26-15 in the opening quarter and stretched their lead to 20 points, one of the biggest first-half lead of the season. Ionescu chipped in 14 points in the first half and Stewart added 13. <\/p><p>Liberty continued their dominant run in the third period and had the biggest lead of 34 points in the midway of the final quarter. New York ended the third quarter on an 11-0 run and scored first six points in the starting of the final quarter.
