In the end, Townsend won 7-5, 6-2 and advanced to the round of 16 of the US Open. On top of that, Townsend also had the complete support of the Arthur Ashe Stadium. <\/p><p>Yes, Andreeva has been a huge revelation, but she&rsquo;s still just 18, and her relative inexperience showed its face in this match.
