The 2024 finalists have yet to lose this season. Their latest conquest came against the expansion franchise, Golden State Valkyries.<\/p><p>The team won 86-75 as Napheesa Coillier had another stellar 24-point, 11-rebound affair. The Lynx continue to leave a tremendous impact on the defensive end, and the trio of Collier, Kayla McBride, and Courtney Williams is too much to handle. Their elaborate passing game (Last in pace) has left many teams in the dust again.<\/p><p><strong>Phoenix Mercury: A promising start<\/strong><\/p><p>Meanwhile, the Mercury will enter the game after an 85-80 win against the Los Angeles Sparks. They cut an 18-point first-half deficit as Satou Sabally had a phenomenal 24-point explosion. They won the game despite playing without their leading all-around player, Alyssa Thomas. Rookies Katja Laksa and Kathryn Westbeld combined for 30 points, once again proving the depth of the 2025 Draft Class. <\/p><p>They have the #1 defense in the league, restricting teams to around 76 points a game. The Mercury will look scarier once their isolation scorer Kahleah Copper returns.<\/p><p><strong>Lynx have the edge<\/strong><\/p><p>Anyway, defeating the Sparks was one thing, but the Lynx will be a tough match-up if Alyssa Thomas is out for the match.
