The Washington Mystics are set to welcome the Indiana Fever on Wednesday, May 28 at the CFG Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. This is one of the Mystics’ four home games that they had shifted to larger venues. Not only this, but this is also the Fever’s first game since Caitlin Clark’s injury. The former Iowa star, who is playing her sophomore season with the Fever, suffered a left quadricep strain during the loss against the New York Liberty. <\/p>
Per head coach Stephanie White, Sydney Colson will replace Clark in the Fever’s starting lineup. Talking about their respective campaigns in the league so far, the Fever started the season with a blowout win over the Chicago Sky. Since then, they have won two of their four games, tying their tally at 2-2, securing the seventh spot in the standings. <\/p>
On the other hand, the Mystics began the season with a notable win over the Atlanta Dream, and continued the momentum by securing a win over the Connecticut Sun.
