He also needs to utilise two different tyre compounds during the race. They used a safety car or red flag conditions to get their mandatory pit-stop complete. The new rules are expected to bring more action on track. Teams will have devise new strategy for the race this time.<\/p><p>A two pit-stop rule for Monaco also means that the teams can&rsquo;t risk the penalty.
