Liverpool have emerged as both champions and they may become the highest earners. Last year, a total of &pound;2.84 billion was distributed among the 20 clubs through the division&rsquo;s central revenue system. Thus, ensuring equitable fund distribution unmatched by other major European leagues.<\/p><p>Each club secured a guaranteed &pound;95.1 million, which comprised of &pound;31.2 million from domestic broadcasting, &pound;55.7 million from international broadcasting, and &pound;8.2 million from central commercial revenue streams. Beyond this, earnings varied based on final league positions and television appearances.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Liverpool FC. Champion Man City received &pound;56.4 million last season and <a href=\"https:\/\/theplayoffs.news\/en\/liverpool-prize-money-the-premier-league-what-players-will-earn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"trk-cta-link\" data-cta-trk='{\"ctaType\":\"Link\",\"ctaSubType\":\"main\"}'>Liverpool this year should get the same amount<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Whereas, bottom-placed Sheffield United earned &pound;2.8 million in merit payments last season. It should be the same this year for Southampton or any other team between Leicester City or Ipswich Town that end up at the bottom of the table. Arsenal narrowly missed out on the title last season and have missed it again this season.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Last season, they collected &pound;53.5 million for finishing second. Following the payout from last season, they should get the same along with other teams, like, Newcastle (&pound;50.7m), Manchester City (&pound;47.9m), and Chelsea (&pound;45.1m). Arsenal and Liverpool led the way last season with 31 and 29 televised matches each respectively. They earned around &pound;26.9 and &pound;25.2 million respectively as facility fees. Man United, Man City, and Spurs followed closely with &pound;24.4 million each.<\/p><p>Television exposure made a notable difference. Everton, for instance, earned more than Wolves, Fulham, and Bournemouth last season. They earned that amount even though they finished lower, because of their higher TV selections.
