Shedeur Sanders was initially projected to get drafted in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. He was one of the best QB prospects in this year’s draft class, and he had achieved many accolades, and broken many records, to solidify himself to be selected in the first round. In fact, initially, Shedeur was looked at as a top 10 pick in the 2025 draft class. However, as things turned out, Sanders fell off of a mountain cliff as he was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 5th round, as the 144th pick. <\/p>
His fans, analysts, and even NFL players were shocked to hear that Sanders’ name wasn’t called up until the 5th round of the draft. He clearly has the talent to flourish in the NFL, so what caused the massive slide? We believe that it was because of Sanders’ play, which many scouts were concerned about prior to the draft. While he was excellent in college, many scouts were worried about if that would translate into the NFL. There are also some speculations about the way Sanders conducted himself on and off the field.
