The second-seeded Houston Rockets will host the Golden State Warriors in Game 2 of the first-round playoff series on Wednesday night. The Rockets would look to bounce back after a 95-85 defeat i<\/a>n the opening game. Warriors, who qualified for the playoffs through the Play-In tournament, sparked a 29-13 outburst in second quarter to take control of the game. <\/p>

The Dubs have been a different team since Jimmy Butler’s inclusion, and the Rockets have to deliver a special performance to defeat the Warriors. If Houston drops one more game, they will be under huge pressure to lose the series, considering the Warriors’ record at Chase Center. <\/p>

Will Jonathan Kuminga play tonight?<\/h2>

Steve Kerr’s roster has been a talking point in the Warriors’ campaign, as Jonathan Kuminga is still not part of his game plan. The 22-year-old hasn’t played since the season’s second-to-last game against the Trail Blazers. Kuminga made a comeback from an injury but wasn’t seen regularly in the Warriors’ roster. <\/p>

Kuminga wasn’t considered in the Play-In matchup against the Grizzlies and later missed out on Game 1 against the Rockets last week. His lack of three-point shooting is a concern, but Steve Kerr is fine with his current option and not picking his team’s key forward, who averaged 15.3 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 2.2 assists this season. <\/p>

“Jonathan [Kuminga] has been fantastic. His attitude, his energy on the bench, cheering guys on, staying ready. He’s a great, great young guy,” <\/em>Kerr said on Willard & Dibs. “This has been tough on him, but he’s doing exactly what he should be doing, which is staying ready.”<\/p>
