Barcelona extended their La Liga winning streak to eight matches with a dominant 3-0 victory over Osasuna, moving three points clear at the top of the table. The La Liga clash had been originally postponed due to the tragic passing of the club’s longtime doctor Carles Minarro Garcia<\/a>. <\/p>

The win extended Barca’s unbeaten run in all competitions to 19 games. Notably, Barcelona is the only team in Europe’s top-five leagues which has yet to lose in 2025. Ferran Torres opened the scoring in the 11th minute with a sliding finish after a well-placed cross from Alejandro Balde. Shortly after, Dani Olmo won a penalty following a challenge from Osasuna goalkeeper Sergio Herrera.<\/p>

Although Herrera initially saved Olmo’s spot-kick, the effort had to be retaken due to encroachment, and the Spaniard made no mistake the second time around. Unfortunately, Olmo’s night ended early due to injury later in the first half. Barcelona sealed the win in the second half when substitute Robert Lewandowski headed home the third goal, finishing off a slick counter-attack to wrap up all three points for the league leaders.<\/p>
