The Viper struck and delivered an RKO to Kevin Owens and Just when the 14-time World Champion was setting up for a Punt Kick, the officials intervened, allowing Kevin Owens to escape. He will now face Kevin Owens at WrestleMania 41 who interrupted him again when he was acknowledging the crowd. Kevin Owens apologized to Randy and acknowledged what he did to him was wrong. He told Kevin Owen to tell himself whatever he wanted to sleep at night. He took a dig at Kevin Owens&rsquo;s blabbering about what other deserves and what he doesn&rsquo;t. He informed Kevin Owens what matters is the latter deserves a kick to his head.
