The second leg of the ‘Sunshine Double’ is well and truly back, as the 2025 Miami Open returns for its historic 40th edition. From 17-30 March 2025, fans get to witness jam packed action with the best players in the world taking centre stage. Although defending champion Jannik Sinner misses out due to a doping suspension, the likes of Alexander Zverev<\/a>, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz are headlining the event. However, how does the draw shape up for each of them? It is unsurprisingly not going to be an easy path to the coveted trophy.<\/p>

The Miami Open is played on the outdoor hard courts in Miami Gardens, Florida, United States of America. While the original plan of having a big tournament<\/a> in Miami came up in the 1960s, it was in February 1985 that the first edition of the competition was organised in Delray Beach, Florida. With Novak Djokovic also in the same half, fireworks are on the cards.<\/p>
