Recently the Dallas Cowboys lost DeMarcus Lawrence to the Seattle Seahawks. He signed a three-year $32.5 million contract which includes $18 million guaranteed. Lawrence was drafted by the Cowboys in the second round of the 2014 NFL <\/a>draft and spent 11 years playing for them. <\/p>

Out of those 11 seasons, Lawrence and the Cowboys only went to the playoffs only six times and never reached the conference championship round. In fact the Cowboys haven’t been to the conference championship round since January of 1996! Whether it’s bad luck, terrible personnel, or bad coaching, they just have remained a mediocre or a bad team for the last 30 years or so.<\/p>

What Happened Between Lawrence and Micah Parsons?<\/h2>

The lack of success for the Cowboys must have been bugging Lawrence a lot since he openly stated that if he were to remain a Cowboy, he would have never won a Super Bowl win them. This created a lot of buzz on the internet and Lawrence’s former teammate, Micah Parsons decided to respond to his comment. Parsons wrote, “This (is) what rejection and envy look like! This (is) some clown sh*t.” <\/strong><\/em><\/p>

Lawrence did not hold back and he replied “Calling me a clown won’t change the fact that I told the truth. Maybe if you spent less time tweeting and more time winning, I wouldn’t have left.” <\/strong><\/em><\/p>

This back-and-forth between the two had mixed reactions on the internet. Some were mad at Lawrence whereas others found it true and absolutely hilarious. We had Stephen A. Smith laughing on his show and clowning the Cowboys, and even former NFL <\/a>player Chris Canty sided with Lawrence’s comment.<\/p>
