Despite being just less than one year apart in age, and commanding nearly similar salaries on a yearly basis, the Rams&rsquo; decision to pair Adams alongside Puka Nacua in place of Kupp is an interesting one for sure.&nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Are the Rams Prepared To Release Kupp?<\/h2><p>The main problem with Kupp has been the amount of games he has missed over the past three seasons due to injuries. Kupp&rsquo;s best year came in 2021 when he featured in all 17 regular season games and all 4 postseason games, being the driving force on the offense as the Rams went on to lift the Lombardi Trophy that year.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Kupp earned the triple crown by leading the league in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns in the regular season and bagged the Super Bowl MVP as well.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Unfortunately, though, the wide receiver&rsquo;s production has taken quite a hit following 2021. Since then, Kupp has played in just 9, 12, and 12 games respectively. They told him they would look for suitable teams for him and his family where he could continue fighting for another ring. The veteran receiver then posted a long message on social media making his opinions known to fans.&nbsp;<\/p><p>&ldquo;I was informed that the team will be seeking a trade immediately and will be working with me and my family to find the right place to continue competing for championships. As for Kupp, joining the Cowboys could help them get back to winning ways and a potential deep playoff run.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baltimore Ravens<\/h3><p>The Ravens have been a strong contender from the AFC for the past few seasons. They have come very close to going all the way, but could use Kupp to add depth to their receiver room. Currently led by Zay Flowers, the Ravens have decent pass catchers but the addition of Kupp could catapult them to a higher level.&nbsp;<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los Angeles Chargers<\/h3><p>This move could make sense more from a geographical point than anything else. Kupp would not have to go anywhere and the only change will be the organization he plays for.
