The Golden State Warriors are flying high after acquiring Jimmy Butler. A team that was fighting for a play-in spot, now sits in a guaranteed playoff spot in a stacked Western Conference. <\/p>

Jimmy Butler scored 15 points in the third-quarter against the Pistons to lead the Warriors to their fourth consecutive victory. He ended the game with 26 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists, shooting 53.8% from the field. On the defensive end, Butler had three steals and continues to be a two-way machine for the Warriors. <\/p>

After the game, Stephen Curry praised Jimmy Butler’s impact<\/a> for his game winning performance against the Pistons.<\/p>

“It’s pretty clear as day the difference in not just our record but how we’re playing,” Curry said. “How we’re winning and his impact on the game. Early, it was him getting back in shape trying to figure out how to be aggressive and play in our system. Now we need to cater to his actions and his comfort zones, and then it’s just got better every game. We gotta keep doing that. We’re not getting ahead of ourselves, but it’s nice to win games.”<\/em> <\/p>
