It swept through a Los Angeles hillside where the Lakers coach lives with his family members. Officials haven&rsquo;t shared any casualty in the Pacific Palisades area. There is also no reporting of any damage due to fire. <\/p><p>Redick acknowledged the situation which forced his family to evacuate their home in LA. He was speaking ahead of the NBA clash against Dallas Mavericks. <em>&ldquo;Our family, my wife&rsquo;s family, my wife&rsquo;s twin sister, they&rsquo;ve evacuated,&rdquo;<\/em> Redick said. <em>&ldquo;I know a lot of people are freaking out right now, including my family. They warned all the residents that it could be life-threatening. Santa Ana winds produce gusts up to 100 mph in mountains and foothills that haven&rsquo;t seen substantial rainfall in months.  <\/p><p>Warriors coach, <a href=\"https:\/\/theplayoffs.news\/en\/who-the-hell-cares-steve-kerr-doesnt-want-to-view-tjds-performance-as-silver-lining-in-warriors-loss\/\" class=\"trk-cta-link\" data-cta-trk='{\"ctaType\":\"Link\",\"ctaSubType\":\"main\"}'>Steve Kerr<\/a> also revealed that his 90-year-old mother was among those evacuated. <em>&ldquo;Everything I&rsquo;m seeing and reading is just terrifying what&rsquo;s happening down there&hellip; Obviously the game is secondary to that and to many things in life. Perspective is important<\/em>,&rdquo; Kerr expressed after the Warriors&rsquo; 114-98 loss to Heat. <\/p><p>The Lakers will go on a five-game homestand and their flight back from Dallas had been delayed due to an unsafe situation in Los Angeles.
